Licensed Real Estate Salesperson | Loss Mitigation Specialist

REALTOR®

Joel E. Tavares, licensed Real Estate Salesperson, loss mitigation specialist (including short sale and short pay) brings a well-rounded punch in a pack perspective to Melmo Realty.  Joel’s introduction to real estate was from a loss mitigation perspective where he was a paralegal.  The invaluable amount of experience he gained in this role coupled with his hands on experiences with buyers, sellers, lending institutions and foreclosure attorneys have attributed to Joel’s outstanding results and successes.  His perspective gives him a deep understanding of the process from the happiness of buying a home to the solemn feeling of facing foreclosure.

Joel is happy to be an agent with Melmo Realty.  He believes that his experience and passion for real estate can help to guide a wide range of clients as they embark in the journey of buying and selling real estate in New York.
