Licensed Real Estate Salesperson | Loss Mitigation Specialist
Joel E. Tavares, licensed Real Estate Salesperson, loss mitigation specialist (including short sale and short pay) brings a well-rounded punch in a pack perspective to Melmo Realty. The invaluable amount of experience he gained in this role coupled with his hands on experiences with buyers, sellers, lending institutions and foreclosure attorneys have attributed to Joel’s outstanding results and successes. His perspective gives him a deep understanding of the process from the happiness of buying a home to the solemn feeling of facing foreclosure.
